Our Leadership Structure
Our church is overseen by an elder board who are responsible for the church's spiritual health and who also hold the Lead Pastor accountable to fulfill the vision and ministries of our church. The day to day ministry and operations at CCC are administered by a team of paid staff who oversee a dedicated team of volunteers that make it all possible.
